Temu Charged Me Nearly Double and Sent Poor Quality Items With Delayed Delivery

Shopping on Temu has been a frustrating and confusing experience. The product prices shown are misleading—when it comes time to pay, the total jumps to almost double the original amount. You never quite know how much you're going to be charged until it's too late.

To make matters worse, the items I received looked nothing like the images. There were clear discrepancies in product size and quality. I expected what was advertised but got something totally different.

It’s 2025, and Temu is still shipping from China by land, with delivery times estimated two months out. That’s unacceptable in today’s world. On top of that, their customer support is scripted and dismissive, constantly replying with phrases like “We understand your concern” or “We’re sorry to hear that,” without offering any real help.
