I placed an order on Temu on December 5, 2024, and paid for the items as shown in the "temu.pdf" file. My order finally arrived on December 16—11 days later. However, the products were a complete disappointment. For example, the "four-tier shelf" I ordered turned out to be flimsy plastic plates, as clearly seen in the "83.66.132.jpg" file, and they were delivered broken and damaged.
The other items I received were also poor quality, clearly cheap Chinese products. While the prices appear affordable in the advertisements, you end up paying a significant customs fee, which you reluctantly accept, hoping for decent quality. Unfortunately, the result is unacceptable.
I will never shop from Temu again, and I’m warning others to avoid this platform to prevent similar disappointments. I demand a refund for these unusable products and for Temu to improve their product quality and transparency.
