Temu Delivered My Quality T-Shirts in Trash Packaging Despite My Complaint




Order Date and Order Number: 17.12.2024 / PO-203-15766821235750631. I write this with disappointment because TEMU has let us down once again. While the fault isn’t entirely on TEMU, the lack of oversight over its partner companies’ sales, packaging, and overall care has led to repeated issues. This is my second, possibly third, frustrating experience. Previously, my purchases arrived in “garbage packaging,” and despite providing videos and photos to explain the problem, nothing changed. Unfortunately, my latest order faced the same issue—high-quality T-shirts packaged carelessly, as if they were waste. It’s disappointing to see such quality products disrespected in this way. Temu must address this by monitoring and fining subsidiaries responsible for such poor practices. I will be returning the items, as careless packaging undermines even the best products.
