Temu Sold Me a Faulty Drone That Flew Away and Offered Only 5 Euro Refund

When I started the drone I bought from Temu, the controller suddenly became unresponsive. Control was also lost via my phone, and the drone gained altitude and flew away. This is a manufacturing defect. Even if such a risk existed, it should have been clearly stated before the product was put on sale. However, since this is a production flaw, such a product should not be sold at all. When I reported the issue to Temu, they expressed their regret, stated that they would open a case, and try to resolve my complaint. However, they later sent an email informing me that they would only refund 5 €. I had purchased the product for approximately 38 €. Instead of understanding and solving the problem, they chose to offer me a handout.
