Request For Support Regarding Philips MG5730/15 Grooming Device Failu
I have been using my Philips MG5730/15 Multigroom 5000 grooming set for a long time and had always been very satisfied with its performance until today. However, the device suddenly stopped working without any warning — no loss of power, no unusual noise, and no signs of malfunction. It simply shut down and has not turned back on since. Because the warranty period had already expired, I did not have the opportunity to take it to an authorized service center. Due to my limited resources, I attempted to repair it myself with the tools I have, but unfortunately, the device came apart during the process and became completely unusable. After this happened, I searched online and found many similar reports from other users of this model experiencing sudden shutdowns or motor/cable-related failures. This made me feel that the issue may be more common than expected, which was disappointing to see. I am a disabled student with very limited financial means, and at the moment, I am not in a position to purchase a new grooming set. To help resolve my situation and to maintain my trust in your brand, I kindly request your support in providing the same model or a similar Philips grooming set free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.
