About two years ago, I purchased an oral irrigator from Temu for ₺800. The product arrived late and in a damaged box. When I opened it, the irrigator did not work at all. At that time, I tried to contact customer service for a return or replacement, but Temu has no phone support, only a virtual messaging system, which was completely unhelpful. I never received any response. My spouse was so frustrated that they threw away the product, while I kept the broken device as proof.
This was not my only issue with Temu. On multiple occasions, I faced similar problems with delayed or incorrect orders. Most recently, I canceled an order due to a wrong size, and instead of refunding my money, Temu issued the refund as Temu credit. The problem is that this ₺688 credit appears in my account but cannot be used, leaving me stuck and unable to access my own money.
I demand that Temu resolve these long-standing issues and provide a full cash refund of the ₺688 credit that I cannot use. Customers should not be forced into unusable store credit, especially after receiving defective or mishandled products.
