After purchasing a Stanley thermos not long ago, I've had nothing but trouble with rust and heat retention. In spite of the product's lifetime guarantee, we have encountered no assistance from customer service. They have not taken any steps to resolve the issue and instead have provided me with a litany of excuses. I had faith in the company and thought the thermos would live up to my anticipations, but I am very dissatisfied with both aspects. I am requesting that my issue be resolved as soon as possible by customer service and am warning anyone thinking about buying a Stanley thermos to exercise caution.
