Unwanted subscription charges from ShortMax keep appearing on my card, what should I do?

If unwanted ShortMax subscription charges keep appearing on your card;

• Check the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) → Subscriptions to confirm whether ShortMax is still active
• Cancel the ShortMax subscription directly from the app store, as uninstalling the app does not stop billing
• Take screenshots showing the active subscription and repeated charges

Ask them to;

• Explain why charges are still occurring despite no consent or cancellation
• Cancel the subscription on their end and disable auto-renewal
• Refund the unauthorized or duplicate charges

If the problem remains unresolved after contacting support, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness and pursue a resolution.
