I have been experiencing serious issues with my Shortmax Innov “Weekly Pass Pro Subscription” in the United States, mainly involving unauthorized charges and an inability to cancel the service properly. The problems started around August 2025, when I noticed that I was being charged even though I had already tried to cancel the subscription. Since then, I have contacted Shortmax Innov customer service multiple times regarding both the unauthorized charges and the cancellation issue, but I have not received any response at all from the company. The lack of communication has made the situation even more frustrating, as the problem continues without any explanation or solution. I request that my Weekly Pass Pro Subscription be cancelled immediately so that no further charges are made to my account. I expect Shortmax Innov to take this matter seriously and to confirm the cancellation in a clear and timely manner.
