I Never Approved The $12 Charge From Shortmax Innovations

On March 21, 2026, at 9:03 p.m., approximately $12 was charged from my bank card without my knowledge or approval. The transaction appeared on my account statement under the description “Shortmax Innovations.”

I do not remember purchasing any subscription from Shortmax or approving any payment in this amount.

I request that this unauthorized and unapproved charge be refunded to my card immediately. In addition, if there is any active subscription or membership opened in my name, I demand that it be canceled immediately so that no further charges can ever be made from my card without my knowledge or consent.

I kindly ask for this customer grievance to be resolved as soon as possible and for me to be properly informed regarding the outcome of the investigation and refund process.
