I am submitting this complaint regarding unauthorized deductions made by SHORTMAX INNOVATIONS from my bank card, despite having cancelled all subscriptions previously and not having any active service with them. An amount of 9.99 USD was deducted from my card ending in 5869 on 21/04/2026 at 00:45, and again another 9.99 USD on 28/04/2026 at 00:44, both described as purchases from the USA. I have no active subscription with this company and had already cancelled all subscriptions, so these two charges are unauthorized from my side. I was not able to contact either SHORTMAX INNOVATIONS or the relevant customer service to resolve this issue. Through this complaint, I request a full refund of both unauthorized charges (a total of 19.98 USD) and an immediate stop to any future deductions from my card by SHORTMAX INNOVATIONS.
