I downloaded the Shortmax app, and on April 25, 2026, I tried it for one day for $3.99. I canceled the subscription the very next day and deleted the app from my device. Despite this, you have tried to bill my bank account for $19.99, even though I no longer have an active subscription or the app itself. On my bank card ending in 1559, there has been a $19.99 charge attempt from Shortmax after my cancellation. I find it unacceptable that you keep trying to bill me for an account and subscription that I do not have and that I clearly canceled after the one‑day trial. I request that you immediately stop all current and future billing attempts on my card ending in 1559 and confirm that there is no active subscription or account in my name. I also expect you to ensure that no further unauthorized debits or attempts are made from my bank account.
