ShortMax Charges Despite No Active Subscription

I am being repeatedly charged by Shortmax Innovations through Google Pay, even though I do not have any active subscription to Shortmax in my Google account. These unauthorized charges started at the beginning of April and are still continuing. After noticing the payments, I checked my Google subscriptions and confirmed that there is no active Shortmax subscription. I then contacted Shortmax Innovations by email. In their reply, they sent me a link where I was asked to fill in my details and attach a screenshot of the payment, which I did carefully and submitted. However, I have not received any response from them, and the charges have continued despite my complaint. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment that may be linked to my details, a full refund of all unauthorized charges taken since the beginning of April, and a clear written confirmation that no further payments will be taken without my explicit consent.
