ShortMax Cancellation Issues

I am writing regarding an issue with my Shortmax weekly subscription in Appleton, WI. On 4/6/2026 I first attempted to cancel my weekly subscription, but despite several attempts since then the subscription has not been cancelled. Since that date, I have continued to be charged 19.99 USD every week. I have used the in‑app support to request cancellation and assistance, but I have not received any response or seen any action taken on my account. I request that my Shortmax weekly subscription be cancelled immediately and that all weekly charges of 19.99 USD applied since 4/6/2026 be reviewed and refunded where appropriate. I also ask for written confirmation once the subscription is cancelled and the billing issue is resolved.
