ShortMax - Watch Dramas & Show Subscription Cancellation Request

I have a short films subscription with ShortMax under the email address superawesomes****@gmail.com. I requested cancellation of my subscription on 4/6/26, again on 4/13/26, and once more on 4/23/26. Despite these clear cancellation requests, my card was still charged 19.99 USD on 4/6/26, 4/13/26, and 4/20/26. After the first two cancellation requests, I received only automated email responses with a link to a form, which I filled out and submitted both times. Following my last email to them, I did not receive any response at all. My subscription should have been cancelled upon my initial request, and these continued charges after repeated cancellation attempts are unacceptable. I kindly request a full refund of all 19.99 USD charges made after my first cancellation request on 4/6/26, the immediate cancellation of my ShortMax subscription, and written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my card.
