Shortmax Continued Charging Of My Card Despite Cancellation

I had a weekly subscription with Shortmax, which I cancelled on 19th April 2026. Despite this cancellation, Shortmax has continued to charge my Zanaco card without my authorization. After the cancellation, my card was charged four more times, on 27th April, 1st May, 8th May, and 15th May 2026, with a total of approximately 20 dollars taken. I contacted Zanaco about these unauthorized payments, and they advised me to block the card for my security. I have also tried to reach Shortmax but have received no response. I request a full refund of the 20 dollars that has been charged after my cancellation, and I want written confirmation that my Shortmax weekly subscription has been completely cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my Zanaco card.
