Unauthorized Shortmax Innovation Charge On KeyBank Account

I discovered that a charge from Shortmax Innovation was taken from my KeyBank account for a subscription I never signed up for. On April 22, I was charged $39.99, despite never authorizing or requesting any subscription or service from Shortmax Innovation. After noticing this transaction, I contacted both Shortmax Innovation and KeyBank. Shortmax Innovation only replied with an automated message stating they would look into the issue, but they have never followed up or provided any solution. KeyBank has also informed me that they will not take any action at this time, which leaves me paying for a service I did not request and do not use. I request a full refund of the unauthorized $39.99 charge and the immediate blocking of any current or future subscription or charges under my name or account related to Shortmax Innovation. I expect this situation to be resolved promptly and for written confirmation that no further withdrawals will be made without my explicit consent.
