Shortmax Innovations Unauthorized Charges Despite No Active Subscription

I am writing regarding repeated charges made by Shortmax Innovations to my USA Visa debit card issued by Chase, despite the fact that I no longer have an active subscription with them and do not use their service anymore. These unauthorized charges started around March and have continued since then, causing me serious concern and forcing me to consider cancelling my entire bank account just to stop these payments. I have not received any explanation or assistance from Shortmax Innovations, and at this point these charges feel completely unjustified, as I am not benefiting from any service. I want Shortmax Innovations to immediately stop charging my account and ensure that no further payments are taken, since I do not have and no longer use their service. I expect this situation to be resolved urgently and for my card details to be securely removed from any automatic billing or subscription system so that this problem does not recur.
