I downloaded the ShortMax Innovation application from the App Store and, although it does not show an active subscription and inside the app it says I am unsubscribed, I have been charged 9.99 every week from my bank card. These unwanted charges started about three weeks ago, and the third one was taken around 10 minutes before I wrote this complaint. I did not clearly see or understand that I had any active subscription, and I do not know why I am being charged, especially since the app itself shows that I am unsubscribed. Despite this, a total of three payments of 9.99 have been taken from my bank card via the App Store. I request that this ShortMax Innovation subscription be completely cancelled so that I am not charged again, and, if possible, that all three weekly amounts that were taken without my clear consent or knowledge be refunded to my bank card.
