Shortmax Keeps Charging After Cancellation and Account Deletion

I have been trying to cancel my Shortmax subscription but keep getting charged 19.99 USD per week through Google Play on my bank card. These unwanted charges started at the beginning of May and the most recent 19.99 payment was taken yesterday. I cannot find any active Shortmax subscription in my Google Play history, and even after deleting my Shortmax account, the weekly charges are still continuing. I attempted to contact Shortmax about these charges but have received no response so far. I find it unacceptable that I am being billed for a subscription I cannot manage or cancel, especially after taking all the reasonable steps within my account and on the platform. I request that my Shortmax subscription be fully cancelled immediately, that all weekly charges of 19.99 USD taken since the beginning of May be refunded to my bank card, and that I receive written confirmation that no further billing will occur. I also ask for an explanation of how this subscription continued despite my attempts to cancel it.
