I Never Approved A Shortmax Subscription But Was Charged Repeatedly

I discovered that a company listed as “Google Shortmax Watch” has been charging my credit/debit card approximately $6 every week, even though I never started any subscription or approved any recurring payment.

For approximately the past 6–7 weeks, the same amount has been deducted from my card every week, completely without my knowledge or consent.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted my bank. I was told that I either needed to resolve the matter directly with the company or completely cancel my card. Instead of immediately canceling my card, I first chose to try resolving the issue with the company itself.

I contacted Google Shortmax Watch via email, but so far I have not received any response whatsoever. I also could not find any phone number or direct communication channel through which I could reach the company.

I request that this unauthorized membership/subscription be canceled immediately, that all amounts withdrawn from my card without my permission be refunded to me in full, and that all unauthorized billing activities related to my card be permanently stopped.
