I Need a Refund and Cancellation From Shortmax Innovations

I have been seeing repeated membership charges from Shortmax Innovations on my Capital One account, even though I never authorized or knowingly signed up for any such subscription. I first noticed these charges on May 1st, and since then, a total of 180 dollars has been taken from my account for this membership without my consent. I tried to resolve this by reaching out about these charges, but I have not received any response so far, and the situation remains unresolved, while the money has already been withdrawn. I request that this unauthorized membership be cancelled immediately and that the full amount of 180 dollars that has been charged so far be refunded to me as soon as possible.
