ShortMax Charging My Wells Fargo Card Weekly Without Active Subscription
I have been repeatedly charged for a Short Max subscription that I neither use nor can even locate on my accounts, and I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible. For the past month or two, Short Max has been taking 19.99 every week from my Wells Fargo debit card. The subscription does not appear anywhere in my Apple subscriptions, and I cannot find any active Short Max account that matches these charges. Despite this, the weekly 19.99 charges continue without my consent or proper visibility. I have tried to resolve the issue by emailing Short Max twice, but I have received no response at all and the payments are still being taken from my card. I request that Short Max immediately cancel any subscription associated with my Wells Fargo debit card and stop all further charges. I also expect a full refund of all weekly 19.99 payments taken over the last one to two months, since I do not use the service and cannot even access or manage the subscription. I ask that this cancellation and refund be confirmed in writing.
