ShortMax Charged Me for Unwanted Subscriptions
For the past two months, I have been charged for ShortMax subscriptions through the app store, including charges from ShortMax and ShortMax Innovation Inc. These subscriptions have now totaled around 200, and I did not intend for these charges to continue in this way. I have already cancelled all subscriptions related to ShortMax and ShortMax Innovation Inc via the app store, but I still want these past charges to be addressed. I am requesting a full refund of the approximately 200 that has been taken over the last two months and an investigation into how these subscriptions were set up and allowed to continue. I kindly ask that the necessary review be carried out and that my money be refunded as soon as possible.
