Shortmax Subscription Scam Charged Me Without Approval

I want to report unauthorized charges being made by the Shortmax application. On 04/19/2026, I was charged 19.99 dollars, and on 04/20/2026, I was charged another 19.99 dollars, even though I did not authorize any subscription and I am not using the application. These payments were taken directly from my bank account. I request that any current or future charges related to Shortmax be immediately cancelled so that no more money is taken from my account without my authorization.
