Shortmax Keeps Charging After Cancellation and Account Deletion

I have been trying to cancel my Shortmax subscription but keep getting charged 19.99 USD per week through Google Play on... my bank card. These unwanted charges started at the beginning of May and the most recent 19.99 payment was taken yesterday. I cannot find any active Shortmax subscription in my Go
