Pdfe.com hid subscription signup after free trial; how can I cancel without paying?

After 7 days, PDFe's free sample turns into a paid plan, so you need to cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Their price page says that trial lasts for that long.

First, log in to pdfe.com and look for "cancellation" in the "account/billing" section. 

If you can't find it, use their "contact form" to ask for cancellation and keep a picture with the date and time of the request.

If you think the signup or canceling process was confusing, bring up similar user reports when you escalate and ask that any charges be waived. Public reviews say that "free" claims can be hard to understand.

❗ File a report on Xolvie if PDFe doesn't confirm cancellation and tries to bill you anyway. This will bring attention to the problem.
