Pdfe.com Has Been Doing Unauthorized Charge On My Debit Card
I am writing to report an unauthorized “monthly subscription” charge made by PDFe to my debit card and to request a full refund. I have always believed I was only using the free plan, and at no point did I knowingly authorize or confirm any paid subscription. Today, I noticed an unexpected charge of IDR 978,665 (around 50 USD) on my card. When I checked, it was described as a monthly subscription related to PDFe, even though I never agreed to start any paid plan. I provided my debit card information under the assumption that it would not be charged automatically without my explicit consent to a specific paid plan. I have already contacted PDFe customer support about this issue, but have not yet received any reply. I am very uncomfortable with being charged for a service I did not authorize, and I would like this resolved as soon as possible. I kindly request that PDFe immediately cancel any active subscription linked to my account and issue a full refund of the IDR 978,665 charged today. I also ask for confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card without my clear and explicit consent.
