I Face an Unauthorized pdfe.com Subscription Charge Without My Consent

I used the Pdfe.com website one time for a file conversion process, and while I believed I was only paying for that single service, I later discovered that a large amount of money had been withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or approval. On 03/03/2026, approximately $64 was charged from my account, even though I never requested any membership, subscription, or recurring payment service.
Regarding this transaction, I have a pending transaction/receipt and account activity record in my bank account clearly showing that the payment was processed without my authorization. Despite this, the website never provided me with any notification email or a clear approval process. I only performed a simple file conversion task, yet it appears that a membership or subscription was activated in the background without my informed consent.
I demand that this membership, which appears to have been created through Pdfe.com, be canceled immediately and that the approximately $64 withdrawn from my account without my knowledge be fully refunded to me. I also request that this issue be urgently investigated, that I receive a response regarding the matter, and that the necessary controls and transparency measures be implemented to prevent similar unauthorized charges from happening again.
