On February 17, an amount of 49.95 USD (equivalent to 69.83 CAD) was deducted from my CIBC bank card, with the reference 604604519207 and the description showing Pdfcharge.com. I did not receive any prior email, notice, or clear information that I would be charged this amount, and I only realized it after checking my bank account. I have already sent an email to Pdfcharge.com, but have not received any response so far. I have not yet contacted CIBC about this, as I am first trying to resolve it directly with Pdfcharge.com. I request that this charge of 69.83 CAD (49.95 USD) be fully refunded to my account and that any active subscription associated with my email or card be immediately canceled, with written confirmation that no further charges will be made.
