Fraudulent Charge By Pdfe.com

I used the pdfe.com service once via their main website and paid 0.64 EUR with my Wise card on 21.02.2026 for what was clearly presented and intended as a one-time use. I did not subscribe to any plan or give explicit consent for a recurring payment. However, using my card information from that initial transaction, pdfe.com activated a monthly plan without my approval and charged 48.74 EUR on 01.03.2026. Today I contacted both pdfe.com and Wise customer support to report that this subscription is unauthorized and that I never agreed to any recurring payments, but I have not yet received a response from either side. I request the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized subscription linked to my card and a full refund of the 48.74 EUR that was charged without my consent. I also ask for written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card in the future.
