Pdfe com Charged My Credit Card Monthly Without My Consent

I made a payment of approximately $1 through the website Pdfe com for what appeared to be a one-time service. However, after this transaction, I later discovered that a subscription had been started without my knowledge or consent, and large amounts of money were being charged from my account every month automatically.

On February 3, March 3, and April 3, 2026, a total of approximately $58 was charged to my Garanti Bank credit card. I had only agreed to purchase a single service costing around $1. I was never clearly informed about any subscription or recurring monthly payments, and I did not give approval for such charges.

I demand that the subscription started through Pdfe com be canceled immediately and that all amounts unfairly charged to my card be refunded in full. I also request that Garanti Bank investigate these transactions, provide the necessary support regarding this issue, and ensure that no further charges can be made to my card by this company in the future.
