PDF-CHARGE.COM Debits SGD 69.95 from OCBC Card Without Authorization
On 28/08/2026, an amount of SGD 69.95 was deducted from my OCBC card by PDF-CHARGE.COM, even though I have never knowingly purchased any subscription or given consent for a recurring payment to this company. I only noticed this when I saw the “DEBIT PURCHASE” entry on my bank transaction history. I do not use their service, and I did not agree to be charged this amount. I find this charge completely unjustified and I am very concerned that my card has been billed without my clear authorisation. I request that this transaction be fully refunded as soon as possible and that any existing or possible subscription or recurring payment linked to my card with PDF-CHARGE.COM be immediately cancelled so that no further charges are made in the future.
