Cancellation Of Pdfe.com Subscription and Refund
I am writing to report unauthorized recurring charges made by PDFE.com on my C6Bank Mastercard credit card and to request a full refund and immediate cancellation of any subscription linked to my data. I used PDFE.com only once to authorize a specific conversion of a PDF file. At no time did I clearly agree to or sign up for any recurring subscription or monthly plan, nor did I receive any email or message informing me about a subscription or future periodic charges. After that single use, the company started charging my credit card every month without my informed consent. The charges appear on my C6Bank Mastercard statement under the description “PDFE.com 5158789” and started on 19 November 2025, continuing monthly on the 19th through February 2026. Due to exchange rate variations between US dollars and Brazilian reais, the amounts have been around R$350,00 per month, approximately $50,00 per month. I contacted PDFE.com by email about these unauthorized charges but have not received any response so far. Since I only authorized one PDF conversion and was never clearly informed of a recurring plan, I consider these debits to be the result of an unauthorized signature or an improperly obtained authorization. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring service associated with my name, email address, and card data at PDFE.com, and a full refund of all amounts charged from November 2025 to February 2026. I also ask for written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card.
