I am writing to report unauthorized recurring charges made by PDFE.com on my BCA Mastercard credit card and to request a full refund and the immediate cancellation of any subscription linked to my information.
I used PDFE.com only once to convert a single PDF file. For that one-time transaction, I used the name “qweryzoom” and the email address @qweryz***.gmail.com. At no point did I knowingly agree to or enroll in any recurring subscription or monthly plan, nor did I receive any email or notification informing me of a subscription or future recurring charges.
Despite this, after that single use, the company began charging my credit card every month without my informed consent. The charges appear on my BCA Mastercard statement under the description “PDFE.com 8228745” and began on January 21, 2026, continuing again on February 21, 2026. Due to exchange rate fluctuations between U.S. dollars and Indonesian rupiah, the charges have been approximately 978,665 IDR per month, which is about 50 USD per month.
On February 21, 2026, I contacted PDFE.com by email regarding these unauthorized charges but have not received any response to date. Since I only authorized a single PDF conversion and was never clearly informed about any recurring plan, I believe these charges result from unauthorized or improperly obtained authorization.
I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring service associated with my name, my email address @qweryz***.gmail.com, and my card information at PDFE.com, along with a full refund of all amounts charged from January 2026 through February 2026. I also request written confirmation that the subscription has been canceled and that no further charges will be made to my credit card.
