I attempted to reset my password on your website so I could log in and cancel the subscription myself. However, I am not receiving the verification code required to reset my password, which means I cannot access my account or manage the subscription in any way.
Additionally, I could not find any order number or customer reference related to this charge in my email or bank records, which makes it even more difficult to track or control this subscription.
I request that my subscription with Pdfcharges.com be canceled immediately, that the $53 charged to my Mastercard be fully refunded, and that no further payments be taken from my card in the future.
