How to Dispute pdfe.com Unauthorized Subscription Charges
On February 8, 2026, I started a one-week trial membership through pdfe.com. The trial fee was clearly listed as $1 on the website, and I approved the transaction believing that I would only be charged that amount.
When I checked my İş Bank credit card statement, I saw that on February 8, 2026, at 11:36 AM, three separate charges were made within the same minute. First $1, then $1, and then another $1 were charged consecutively. In addition to these, on February 15, 2026, at 12:38 PM, I noticed another charge of $75 from pdfe.com on my card. This amount does not match the pricing stated on the website in any way and was not authorized by me.
I did not approve any monthly membership or ongoing subscription beyond the trial period. I have just canceled my membership, yet it appears that the system has already charged my card as if for a full upcoming monthly payment—and more. I have not yet contacted my bank regarding these transactions.
I am requesting the cancellation and full refund of the unauthorized $75 charge in particular, as well as the three charges of $1 each made within the same minute on February 8. All of these amounts were taken without my consent and must be refunded to my card in full.
