I Face Hidden Subscription Charges From Pdfe.com After a One-Time Payment
On 01/29/2026, I made a payment of approximately $1 through https://pdfe.com/
using my Garanti Bank credit card for what appeared to be a one-time transaction. During the payment process, I did not see any clear notification, approval screen, or transparent explanation stating that a subscription would be started. Later, I discovered that a subscription had been activated in my name without my knowledge or consent.
After this transaction, while I believed I had only made a one-time payment for January, I later noticed that my card had been charged approximately $64 three separate times for January, February, and March. In total, approximately $192 was withdrawn from my card without my knowledge or permission.
