I hold an ICICI Bank credit card and recently noticed that an amount of 5,213 is being debited every month as a subscription payment to the website pdfe.com, starting from 30 December 2025. I have never registered on this site, never started any trial, and have not knowingly given my consent for any subscription or recurring payment to this company. These debits appear to be completely unauthorized, and I am very concerned that my card details are being used without my permission. I have not yet been able to reach either pdfe.com or ICICI Bank about this issue and therefore I am submitting this complaint so that the matter can be urgently investigated. I request that all charges taken by pdfe.com from my ICICI Bank credit card be fully refunded and that this unwanted subscription be cancelled immediately so that no further debits are made from my card. I also ask that the necessary security checks be carried out and that I be informed in writing about the outcome of this investigation.
