However, on 03/11/2026, I discovered that approximately $64 had been charged to my credit card without my knowledge or permission, with the transaction description “pdfe.com* 10657695 sant cugat de es.” I received absolutely no prior notification regarding this transaction — no email, no SMS, and no warning of any kind.
As soon as I noticed the situation, I contacted my bank, canceled my credit card, and created a suspicious transaction request. Despite this, I have been unable to reach any representative from Pdfe.com, and because I cannot contact the company, the frustration and inconvenience I am experiencing continue.
I demand that this unauthorized payment of approximately $64, which was charged without my permission or approval, be canceled and refunded to me immediately. I also request a clear explanation regarding how and why this unauthorized charge was processed.
