I Face Unauthorized Recurring Charges From Pdfe.com on My Credit Card

I discovered that Pdfe.com had been regularly charging my Akbank Wings credit card without my knowledge or approval. In my February account statement, I noticed a charge of approximately $64, and I later realized that the same amount had been charged a second time as well. Both transactions were processed completely without my knowledge or permission. I did not create any membership, subscription, or purchase through Pdfe.com.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted my bank, Akbank. However, I was told that I needed to communicate directly with Pdfe.com. Even though I attempted to contact Pdfe.com, I never received any response, and the issue remains unresolved.

I demand a full refund of the two unauthorized charges of approximately $64 each that were withdrawn from my card by Pdfe.com. If there is any hidden or unauthorized subscription connected to my account, I want it canceled immediately. I also request a written explanation clearly stating how and for what reason these transactions were processed without my consent.
