Pdfe.com Unauthorized Charge for PDF Editor Subscription

On 3 March, I noticed that PDFE.COM charged my bank card 49.95 € for what appears to be a monthly PDF editor subscription. I only used the service briefly around mid‑February and then chose not to use it anymore, switching to Word instead. I never knowingly approved a paid subscription, nor did I enter or authorize the storage of my bank card details on their site, which makes this transaction feel completely unauthorized and unacceptable to me. I am particularly concerned because I did not receive any email confirmation about a subscription or payment, and I was not informed clearly that I would be charged 49.95 €. Since I did not give explicit consent for this payment and I did not provide my bank information for a recurring charge, I consider this debit to be improper. I request that PDFE.COM immediately delete all my card details and any information linked to them from their systems, cancel any existing subscription or payment plan, and refund the full amount of 49.95 € that was taken from my account without my clear authorization. I expect a prompt response and resolution of this issue.
