If you can't find the money you deposited on MEXC Exchange, you can start the process of getting it back by going to the "Wrong Deposit Retrieval Application" page. Make sure the following conditions are met to self-apply for this retrieval:
• Fill out an application for transactions that involve adding money to your MEXC account from another platform or wallet.
• Make sure that the blockchain transaction in question has a status that says "confirmed/successful" or something similar that means it was successful.
• It's important to remember that the retrieval function is only used when digital assets don't get deposited into your MEXC account. In other situations, like sending money out of MEXC to a different address or sending things on behalf of someone else, this is not supported.
You should call Customer Service instead of filling out a self-application if you used a MEMO/TAG and forgot to fill it out or filled it out wrong.
Also, the retrieval function doesn't work for assets that have already been successfully deposited into your account, and you can't get your money back in those situations. If your deposit problem still exists after reading these conditions and making sure all the information is correct, please contact Customer Service for more help and confirmation.
