I Face Account Balance Freeze and Unfair Risk Control Process on MEXC


MEXC has unfairly frozen my account balance under the so-called “risk control” process, and I’ve been told that they can hold my funds for up to one year without justification. This is completely unacceptable and has caused me serious financial inconvenience.
Under the pretext of risk control, MEXC seems to apply arbitrary restrictions and take unreasonable actions that prevent users from accessing their own money. I demand that my full balance be refunded immediately and that my account be closed after the refund is processed.
MEXC has no right to keep my funds locked for such an excessive period. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will file complaints with financial authorities and publicly share my experience across all consumer and crypto forums to warn other users.
