I Face Account Freeze and ₺241,000 Loss on MEXC Due to Risk Control Mechanism
On September 15, 2025, my account on the MEXC crypto exchange mobile app was suddenly frozen under the pretext of “risk control mechanism.” MEXC sent me a notification about the freeze, after which I immediately contacted customer support. I was informed that my account would remain locked for 30 days, during which I would be unable to make any transactions.
During this period, I was completely unable to access my balance or deposit additional funds. As a result, all my assets in the account were liquidated automatically, causing a total loss of ₺241,000. My account UID is 727*07, and it was fully protected under MEXC’s account security policies.
I demand that MEXC compensate me for the ₺241,000 loss caused by this unjustified account freeze. If my funds are not reimbursed, I will take legal action both in Turkey and in the country where MEXC is headquartered.
