MEXC Account Frozen by Risk Control System

On September 15, 2025, my account on the MEXC cryptocurrency exchange mobile app was frozen due to a “risk mechanism control.” I received a notification from MEXC regarding this issue and then contacted customer service. However, I was informed that my account would remain frozen for 30 days and that I would not be able to perform any transactions during this period. I was unable to access my balance or add funds to my account. During this time, all the assets in my account were liquidated, resulting in a total loss of ₺241,000. My account UID is 727*07, and it was under protection. I request that MEXC compensate me for the loss and refund the ₺241,000 I lost. If my money is not refunded, I will take legal action both in Türkiye and in the country where MEXC is based.
