MEXC USDT Deposit Missing After On-Chain Transfer

I recently deposited approximately 30 USDT into my MEXC spot wallet via an on-chain transfer using the BNC20 network from my wallet. The transaction was completed on my side yesterday, but my MEXC account balance is still showing zero, and I did not receive any email confirmation or notification regarding this deposit. After noticing that the funds had not arrived in my spot wallet, I contacted MEXC customer support, but I did not receive any helpful response or resolution, and my deposit is still missing. I request that my missing 30 USDT be refunded to my sending wallet, or that you clearly explain the situation and process this as soon as possible. I expect this issue to be investigated urgently and my funds to be returned.
