I Face Missing 100 USDT Balance After SUI/USDT Futures Trade on MEXC

On October 15, 2025, around 3:00 AM, I placed a SUI/USDT futures trade on the MEXC app. After completing the transaction, I checked my account and discovered that my entire 100 USDT balance had disappeared — without any warning, alert, or liquidation notice.

There was no reason for my position to be liquidated, as my account had sufficient margin at the time. Despite reaching out to the in-app MEXC assistant, I received no clear explanation or helpful response. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and the complete lack of notification has left me at a loss.

I request that MEXC thoroughly investigate this incident and refund my missing 100 USDT balance immediately. Unexpected balance resets without any alerts or justification are unacceptable and seriously undermine trader trust.
