Today, I transferred 2,525,868.19848 HMSTR (Hamster Coin) from the OKX TR exchange to my MEXC account. I made the transfer through the TON network by entering only the recipient address; however, I later learned that a memo/tag is required for deposits to be credited on the MEXC platform. Because of this, my coins did not reach my MEXC account.

I was told that a $20 USD fee is required for the return of the coins and that the process may take up to 60 days. However, I believe this time frame is excessively long, and the fact that a fee is being requested only increases my sense of unfairness.
I request that my coins be returned either free of charge or at least more quickly. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved and the process to be expedited.
