My MEXC Spot Wallet Balance Not Showing
On November 15, I logged into my MEXC exchange account from my new phone. Although the login was successful, I noticed that none of the coins in my spot wallet were visible. I’m experiencing the same issue when logging in through the web—my balances are not showing in my spot account.
My registered email is e*@gmail.com**. I believe this issue is specific to my account. Since there’s no Turkish-language support, I couldn’t submit a support ticket, and I wasn’t able to get help through live chat either.
I request that all balances in my spot wallet be fully restored and that the necessary security/technical checks be carried out on my account, along with written confirmation.
